What is FocusGroup?
FocusGroup is a new program designed to help your restaurant through these challenging times by leveraging technology and ideas from across the nation. We invite hospitality leaders to discuss the challenges they are currently facing, and give them a chance to share what tools they’d like to see from us.
Our goal is to give a voice to our partners and listen in on ways we can be more effective in remedying operational problems and reducing stress. We’ll take the information we learn and use it to better our product and service experience.
How Does it Work?
We select a few members from the industry and invite them to participate in a virtual FocusGroup meeting. Each meeting will last no more than 30 minutes and will consist of a diverse group of leaders varying in business concept type, geographic location, demographics, etc.
Each member will be given time to share their story and discuss the obstacles they as restaurant or bar operators face. We’ll welcome new ideas and suggestions to improve our point-of-sale offerings, and develop solutions together.
